Step-by-step instructions for installing your Impulse Cooktop safely and correctly.
Important Setup Information
Power down before unplugging
Fully power off your Impulse Cooktop before unplugging the power cord (120 V) or turning off the breaker and disconnecting (240 V). Also power off fully before storing for an extended period.
To fully power off: press and hold the power button for 10 seconds until you hear an audible click.
Foam installation blocks:Two foam blocks inside the box containing the 240 V connector help drop your cooktop into place. Do not discard them.
First charge:Your Impulse Cooktop battery ships at ~30% charge. On first setup it will fully charge — this can take a few hours and may result in noticeable fan noise from the inverter. This is normal during setup.
